What does a proper move clean cover?

To meet the standard a landlord's inspection expects, the work usually includes deep-cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, degreasing the oven and extractor hood, clearing dust from AC vents, scrubbing balcony and patio floors, and cleaning window tracks where fine sand tends to pack in. - DEWA disconnection: apply for your final bill through the DEWA app or website around 24 hours before you move. Fees are roughly 100 AED for small meters and 300 AED for large ones, plus small government charges. You will receive a final clearance once it is paid.
- Ejari cancellation: the old Ejari must be cancelled before a new one can be registered. You will generally need your Emirates ID, the final DEWA bill and an NOC from the landlord. It can be done through the Dubai REST app or at a typing centre.
