Privacy Policy

At Twin Window Cleaning Services LLC ("Twin Cleaners", "we", or "us"), we value your privacy and are committed to handling your information responsibly. By booking our services, using our website, or communicating via WhatsApp, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the data required to manage your booking and provide our services:

  • Name, phone number, address, and booking details
  • Communication via WhatsApp and Connecteam
  • Photos or videos for internal service reporting and quality control
  • Payment details processed securely via Stripe

We do not collect unnecessary data or share it without your consent.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Managing and confirming bookings
  • Coordinating through WhatsApp or Connecteam
  • Processing payments securely
  • Service updates and feedback requests
  • Internal documentation and performance review

3. Official Communication Channel

All communication between clients and Twin Cleaners should take place through the official WhatsApp group created for your booking. Messages sent to individual team members or personal numbers are not part of our official channel, may not be seen or acted upon, and we cannot guarantee the same handling or response time for them. Any personal data we do hold or receive while providing our services remains protected under this Privacy Policy and the UAE PDPL, wherever it reaches us. Using the official channel protects both client privacy and staff safety.

4. Photos & Videos

We may take photos or short videos during or after a service for internal documentation and quality control (for example before-and-after verification via Connecteam). Separately, we may use general or before-and-after imagery for marketing or social media (for example Instagram). We rely on the following safeguards:

  • Images used for marketing are edited or chosen so that no identifiable personal details appear.
  • Any image that shows a private area of your property, or anything by which you or your home could be identified, is used publicly only with your separate, specific consent for that purpose, for example a clear approval in your WhatsApp group. Simply booking a service is not treated as consent to public marketing use.
  • You may withdraw that consent at any time, free of charge, through your WhatsApp group or by emailing hello@twincleaners.ae. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not require us to recall material already shared where that is not reasonably possible.

5. Third-Party Tools

We use reputable tools to operate securely: WhatsApp (communication and updates), Connecteam (staff and task management), and Stripe (secure online payments). Some of these providers store or process data on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we rely on reputable providers that apply their own technical and contractual protections, and we take reasonable steps consistent with the UAE PDPL to keep your data protected. Each provider operates under its own privacy terms.

6. Data Retention & Security

We keep personal data only as long as we need it. Booking and service records, including service photos used for internal documentation, are kept while you are an active client and for a limited period afterwards to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Imagery used for marketing or social media is kept only while your consent for that use stands. If you withdraw consent, we stop using it going forward and remove it from channels we control where this is reasonably possible. Access to personal data is limited to authorised staff, and communications are encrypted or restricted within the tools we use.

7. Your Rights

You may request to access or correct your information, withdraw consent for marketing or photo use, or request deletion of your data where permitted. Requests can be made through your official WhatsApp group or by emailing hello@twincleaners.ae. We respond to all verified requests within 10 business days.

8. Cookies & Website Data

Our website may use basic cookies to improve navigation and performance. Cookies can be disabled anytime in browser settings.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to adults; we do not knowingly collect data from minors under 18.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect legal, operational or service changes. When we do, we post the revised policy here and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Please check back occasionally so you are aware of any changes.
