This is exactly why we created Twin Cleaners Home Care. It is a simple idea: while you are away, our team looks in on your home, keeps it fresh, and keeps you updated, so you can actually switch off.
What is Home Care?
Home Care is a regular check-in visit to your villa while you travel, carried out by the same trained, uniformed Twin Cleaners team that already cleans homes across the community. Every visit follows a fixed checklist, and every visit ends with a photo update sent to you, wherever you are in the world.
It is not a security or guarding service, and we do not carry out repairs. Think of it as a trusted set of eyes on your home, plus the light, caring tasks that keep an empty house from feeling neglected. You get reassurance and a home that stays fresh, without asking a neighbour to take it all on.
What does a visit cover?
You choose how much you would like us to do. Every package includes one visit per week, four per month, with a photo update after every visit.

Need more presence? Add extra visits to any package. One extra visit each week, so 8 visits a month instead of 4, is +150 AED per month. Two extra visits each week, 12 visits a month, is +300 AED per month, and taking three visits a week earns you 10% off your whole monthly total. Daily visits are available on request, and we especially recommend them for homes with pets.
We check and report, so you stay in control
The most valuable part of Home Care is catching a small problem before it becomes an expensive one. A slow leak, an AC that has tripped, a window left open before you flew, these are the things that quietly cause damage over a long, hot summer.
Here is how we handle it, and it is worth being clear: if we notice anything unusual, we photograph it and tell you straight away. We do not touch your personal belongings, and we do not carry out repairs ourselves. You decide what happens next, whether that is calling your maintenance company or asking us to arrange a clean once the issue is resolved. You stay fully in control, with the information you need to act early.
Simple pet care, if you need it
If a cat or small pet is staying home while you travel, add pet care to any package. Standard pet care is +99 AED per month: fresh water, a litter refresh, and a wellbeing check on every visit. Extended pet care is +149 AED per month: a full litter clean and refill, food and water topped up, the pet area cleaned, and a little company for your pet. For pets we recommend daily visits, which we arrange on request. It is basic, caring pet cover during your trip, not boarding or veterinary care, and we always close doors and windows behind us if a pet is inside.
Come home to fresh, not stale
Home Care keeps your villa in good order while you are away. The finishing touch is arriving to a home that is genuinely fresh, not one that has been closed up for weeks. That is why most families pair Home Care with a welcome-home deep clean booked for the day or two before they land, so the first thing they feel walking through the door is that they are truly home.
