Just got keys in Mudon Al Ranim?
Mudon Al Ranim is the newest part of Mudon, made up of three and four bedroom townhouses. If you have just collected your keys, the order we recommend is simple:
- Finish snagging first. Let the developer's team complete their touch-ups before the big clean, so fresh paint or silicone does not undo it.
- Make sure DEWA is connected. A deep clean needs running water and working power.
- Deep clean the empty home. Builder dust gets into every cupboard, drawer and track, and an empty home is the only time it can be removed properly. A deep clean is quoted on your home's size and condition.
- Add the water tank and AC filters on the same day. The tank has held standing water through construction. Filter and vent cleaning is from 199 AED per unit, with 10% off for three or more.
- Book interior and exterior windows together. That is when the door and window tracks are cleared of construction sand. Our window cleaning carries a 7-Day Rain Guarantee.
- Plan a lighter second clean two or three weeks after you move in, to pick up the dust that settles while the rest of the area keeps building.

Townhouses: the weekly rhythm
Most Mudon homes are townhouses in Al Salam, Arabella and Al Ranim. For a three or four bedroom townhouse, a weekly visit of three to four hours covers floors, bathrooms, the kitchen properly, dusting and bed changes.

The standalone villas of Rahat and Naseem are bigger homes on bigger plots. A full clean needs more hours, or two cleaners working together so the house is finished in one morning. The price simply scales per cleaner, per hour.

Apartments in Mudon Views
Mudon Views is the apartment part of the community. Regular housekeeping works the same way, with a two hour minimum per visit. For tenancy changes, our move-in and move-out cleaning starts from 349 AED for a studio or one bedroom apartment and from 499 AED for two bedrooms, with larger apartments quoted on the home.
Why Mudon homes collect dust
Mudon is green inside, but it sits in open Dubailand with building work still going on around it. Fine dust arrives on the wind and settles on terraces, window ledges and AC filters. Homes next to the park and open spaces often see more of it on their glass and outdoor furniture.
