• Communication via WhatsApp and Connecteam
• Photos or videos for internal service reporting and quality control
• Payment details processed securely via Stripe

We do not collect unnecessary data or share it without your consent.

• Managing and confirming bookings
• Coordinating through WhatsApp or Connecteam
• Processing payments securely

3. Official Communication Channel

All communication between clients and Twin Cleaners takes place exclusively through the official WhatsApp group created for your booking.
Messages sent to individual team members or personal numbers are not monitored and do not fall under this Privacy Policy.
This policy protects both client privacy and staff safety.

4. Photos & Videos

We may take photos or short videos during or after service for internal documentation (e.g., before/after verification via Connecteam). We may also capture general team activity photos or short clips for marketing or social media (e.g., Instagram).

When doing so:

• We ensure no identifiable personal details or client property appear without consent.
• Content showing private areas is shared publicly only after client approval.
• Clients may withdraw consent anytime via their WhatsApp group or by emailing hello@twincleaners.ae.

5. Third-Party Tools

We use reputable tools to operate securely:

• WhatsApp – communication and updates
• Connecteam – staff and task management
• Stripe – secure online payments

Each follows its own privacy standards, and we ensure compliance with UAE PDPL.

We retain data only as long as needed for operational or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. Access is limited to authorized staff, and all communications are encrypted or restricted within WhatsApp and Connecteam.
