We always do our best to accommodate urgent requests based on availability. Please reach out via WhatsApp and we’ll let you know the earliest available slot.
Yes, you may skip a session with advance notice (minimum 48 hours) without canceling your subscription. The session will be deferred, not lost.
All updates, special requests, or changes must be communicated through your dedicated Twin Cleaners WhatsApp group. This ensures accurate coordination and full visibility for our admin team.
Subscriptions can be canceled with a minimum of 28 days’ notice. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid fees. If a session is missed without notice, the full session fee will apply. For changes made less than 12 hours before the session, a 50% fee may be charged.
Our regular maid service does not include deep cleaning tasks such as heavy stain removal, ceiling fan dusting, high-reach windows, post-renovation cleaning, or moving heavy furniture. For those needs, we recommend booking our Deep Cleaning service.
Please ensure access to the home is arranged, pets are secured, and personal items like valuables or confidential documents are safely stored. If you have specific areas you'd like prioritized, kindly inform us in the WhatsApp group ahead of the session.
No, maid service is not suited for heavy-duty jobs such as construction dust, paint residue, or full handover preparation. For these, our Deep Cleaning or Move-Out Cleaning services are more appropriate.
Please inform us about any sensitive surfaces or high-value items. Our team avoids cleaning delicate or irreplaceable items unless clearly instructed by the client. This is to avoid accidental damage and ensure your belongings are protected.
Only surface wiping of exterior appliance areas is included. For full appliance interior cleaning (e.g., oven, fridge, microwave) or sanitization, please book our steam appliance add-on.
